Global guidelines on out-of-home audience measurement

At the FEPE World Congress in 2006, the members initiated the global guidelines for outdoor advertising research. ESOMAR subsequently took up the overall lead and responsibility for financing. Since being launched worldwide in 2009, the guidelines have been used as the only internationally valid basis for all outdoor advertising research. FEPE International has appointed Felix H. Mende from Affichage as the expert responsible for representing its interests on the Guidelines Steering Board and Technical Committee. The advantage is that neutrality and transparency are thus guaranteed.
